He is good at diagnosing unexplained fever, various difficult infectious diseases, chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, abnormal liver function and other diseases, and has won honors such as Shanghai outstanding academic leader, China Medical Science and Technology Award, outstanding talents in education in the new century, and Shanghai Silver Snake Award.
Main contributions:
1. Mainly engaged in clinical and scientific research of infectious diseases. Clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of various infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and infectious diarrhea, and the rational use of anti-infective drugs.
2. In the past five years, as the leader, he has obtained several major national longitudinal projects, such as the rapid detection project of infectious disease drug resistance and the "973" infectious disease special project: basic research on drug resistance mechanism of major infectious diseases, etc., and is the general person in charge of the sub-projects. Also responsible for 3 national natural science funds; Sub-project leader of clinical key projects of the Ministry of Health; Special person in charge of major infectious diseases in the eleventh five-year plan.
