Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Shenyang North Institute of Soft Information are not in the same school. Shenyang North Soft Information Vocational and Technical College is affiliated to the Education Department of Liaoning Province. Formerly known as North Software College of Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, it is an important base for training compound and practical software and translation talents in Liaoning Province. North Software College of Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics was established in September, 20001. It is a provincial college jointly founded by Shenyang Gewei Software Co., Ltd. and other units. It is the first batch of provincial demonstration software colleges approved by the Education Department of Liaoning Province, and it is an important base and special zone for training international and compound software development talents. Through the combination of Industry-University-Research, a higher education model integrating talent training, scientific research, technology incubation and product development has been established, and the reform and innovation of teaching content and curriculum system have been actively carried out.
