Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Among them, subject 1 is an examination subject, and subject 2 and subject 3 are optional subjects. Candidates can apply for registered fund qualification through subject 1+subject 2 or subject 1+subject 3.

The duration of the single subject examination is 120 minutes, of which the first 10 minutes is the time for taking photos on the spot. Candidates need to complete the answers on the computer within the prescribed examination time.
