What if the stock account number is frozen?
First, find out why it was frozen. If you can't find the reason, you can ask the staff of the securities company or online customer service.
Stock accounts can be frozen under the following circumstances:
The communication password of 1 is locked and needs to be reset to unlock it.
2 Enter the bank password when the bank transfers securities. If you enter the wrong password multiple times, your bank account may be locked. Please consult the customer service of the bank.
You just opened an account, but the account has not been opened successfully. You can return to the account opening interface to complete the subsequent account opening steps.
4 The account has been dormant since it has not been used for a long time, and can only be used after activation.
It should be noted that freezing stock account and freezing stock account funds are two completely different concepts. Many investors have frozen funds, but the stock account is normal, and funds are often frozen because:
1 Entrusted to buy securities, part of the funds will be frozen. If there is no deal on that day, the order will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be returned.
For example, to participate in IPO, it is necessary to freeze the subscription funds of new shares of the North Stock Exchange. If the lottery payment is successful, the frozen funds will be unfrozen, and the frozen funds without lottery will be unfrozen automatically.
What if the stock account number is lost and forgotten?
You can go to the business department of a securities company to report the loss, or you can choose the business department of a securities company. When opening an account, you can entrust the securities business department to check the shareholder account number on your behalf. After you find out your shareholder account number, you can go to the designated business department to go through the relevant formalities.
There is no handling fee for transferring the money in the stock account to the bank card, but there is a time limit. The time limit for bank-securities transfer is: 8: 30 am-16: 00 am on the trading day, and transfer is not allowed on weekends and legal holidays.
