The fund industry association is a self-regulatory organization of the securities investment fund industry. It is a social group legal person. Fund managers, fund custodians and fund sales institutions shall join the fund industry association, and other fund service institutions may voluntarily join the fund industry association. The authority of the fund industry association is the general meeting of members.
