Dr. Huang Gang of Ambow Group focused on five fulcrums of cultivating IC talents on a large scale: system, teachers, training, employment, innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation.

Huang Gang pointed out that at present, China's integrated circuit industry is facing the pressure of international madness, and on the other hand, it is at a strategic juncture of success or failure. The expanding demand of integrated circuit industry and insufficient supply of talents have seriously restricted the development of semiconductor industry in China.

Against the background of the huge gap between talent demand and actual supply, Dr. Huang Gang concluded: "China's integrated circuit talent training as a whole presents four characteristics: difficulty, lack, miscellaneous and scattered."

Based on the new development trend of China's integrated circuit industry and the current situation of personnel training which is out of line with production and education, Dr. Huang Gang pointed out that universities and enterprises have different positioning and emphasis on personnel training, so it is difficult to replace each other and form a good complementarity. The integration of production and education and collaborative education are effective measures to establish a good ecological environment for IC talents training in China.

This paper analyzes the five fulcrums (system, teachers, training, employment, innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation) of large-scale cultivation of integrated circuit talents and the practical experience of Anbo Education Group in cultivating integrated circuit talents for many years.
