The registration of fund qualification is mainly based on the unified registration of institutions. Those who have worked in fund industry institutions should apply to China Fund Industry Association for registration.

First, the institution applies to the fund industry association for the employee management system account, and then the institution qualification manager can apply for the registered fund qualification for the employees through the management platform. If the organization is already a member of the association, skip this step.

Employment is valid within four years. If you don't work, you need to retake the exam, or make up for two years.

After being registered by the organization, you have to attend the follow-up training to maintain its effectiveness. If you don't take part, you may have to take the qualification examination for the fund again. If you take the exam again, you will take two courses: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, and basic knowledge of securities investment funds.
