Will the guarantor receive information after the government-sponsored study abroad returns to China?

Yes.

Students studying abroad can log in to the national government-sponsored study abroad management information platform and choose electronic signing. The students studying abroad and the guarantor will complete the contract according to the system prompts. After the contract is completed, it will be submitted to the National Study Abroad Fund for review. The electronic contract review results are fed back to overseas students and guarantors through various channels such as information platforms, emails, and text messages.

1. If electronic signing cannot be used due to objective reasons, you can choose to sign offline in the information platform. After filling in the relevant description, download, read, print and sign the agreement as required.

2. After the agreement is signed, the original agreement and a copy of the front and back (must be on one side) of the ID cards of the overseas student and the guarantor must be mailed to the China Scholarship Council for review.

3. Overseas students and guarantors can check the review results through the overseas students’ special accounts on the information platform.
