Trial Measures for the Administration of Social Relief Fund for Road Traffic Accidents Article 24 After the relief fund management institution advances the rescue expenses and funeral expenses in accordance with these Measures, it shall claim compensation from the person responsible for motor vehicle road traffic accidents according to law.
