1. Brief introduction of scientific research contribution of Academician Ren Jizhou, a scientific and technological hero
Academician Ren Jizhou graduated from the former National Central University in 1948 and went to work in the northwest in 195 to engage in teaching and research in grassland science. In 1956, Ren Jizhou gloriously joined the China Producer Party. In 1995, he was elected as an academician of China Academy of Engineering, becoming the first academician in grassland science.
In the 195s, when it snowed in June, he slept in tents, burrowed into grass nests, slept with lice, bedbugs and various poisonous insects, and even soaked his underwear with insecticide solution to make "poison armour" and entered the grassland, thus establishing the first alpine grassland positioning experimental station in China-Tianzhu Alpine Grassland Station in Gansu Province. At the end of 195s, he put forward the comprehensive sequential classification of grassland "climate-vegetation-soil", which later developed into a grassland classification method that can cover the whole world, 8 years earlier than similar research abroad. After that, the theory of grassland seasonal animal husbandry was put forward, which was adopted by the pastoral areas. A new index "animal products unit" was established to evaluate grassland productivity globally, which was used by international organizations to evaluate grassland productivity in the world. He also established a grassland agricultural system, and put forward three types of occurrence factor groups, three interfaces and four production layers of grassland agricultural ecosystem, which showed great potential in food safety, ecological construction and agricultural management in China. Grassland science's new theories, such as time zonality, system coupling and system contradiction theory, are put forward. It is the first time to carry out the research on the history of agricultural ethics and agricultural system development in China.

He is the author of 18 monographs, including General Introduction to Grassland Agro-ecosystem, grassland science's Outline, Dictionary of Grass Industry, Introduction to China's Agricultural Ethics and Introduction to China's Agricultural Ethics. The research group started from the stratospheric process and found a new way to systematically study the impact of stratospheric process on the weather, climate and atmospheric environment in Eurasia and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and achieved many innovative research results: for the first time, it put forward a new viewpoint that the Arctic polar vortex continuously biased towards Eurasia and induced winter cold wave, which broke through global change. An atmospheric chemistry-climate model including stratospheric atmosphere is established and perfected, which is superior to the international mainstream model, providing an effective tool for objectively evaluating the evolution of ozone layer and the impact of human emissions on weather and climate, and also contributing to the development of domestic whole atmosphere model; Long-term continuous observation of stratospheric atmospheric composition and meteorological elements in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has filled the gap of stratospheric ground-based observation data in China. 4. First prize of scientific and technological progress award: research and application of key technologies for breeding, propagation and efficient utilization of Hu sheep
The project excavated the germplasm characteristics of Hu sheep in the cold and arid areas of northwest China, filled the blank of this information, and provided scientific basis for Hu sheep's "breeding in the north" and breeding; Research and develop phenotypic group determination technology and device, and carry out phenotypic Qualcomm measurement, study the genetic characteristics of important economic traits of Hu sheep and mine its key genes, fill in the gaps of genetic parameters of sheep feed efficiency-related traits, and screen out 26 effective molecular markers for Hu sheep breeding; Two new strains of Hu sheep with high reproduction and fast growth that can be used together were selected; Take the lead in carrying out the hybridization between Hu sheep and Tibetan sheep, Australian white and Texel, fill the blank of the basic data of the corresponding hybridization combinations, screen out the hybridization mode of Hu sheep in the northern region and find a new technical path for the efficient production of low fertility groups; Based on the indexes of yield, quality, health, efficiency and energy-nitrogen conversion, the suitable nutritional level of Hu sheep under the condition of large-scale house feeding in northern China was determined, and the formula of soybean meal-free diet was screened out, which provided nutritional strategies for good seed preparation, reduction of soybean meal and corn replacement and reduction of carbon emissions. It is the first joint breeding of mutton sheep in China, establishing a national platform and cooperation network for joint breeding of Hu sheep, building and technically cooperating 5 sheep breeding farms, establishing a system for breeding, expanding and utilizing Hu sheep by market means, and promoting 65, Hu sheep breeding sheep and expanding 1.8 million Hu sheep in total, focusing on extending Hu sheep to more than 5 enterprises and cooperatives in eight northern provinces and regions, benefiting millions of farmers. Hu sheep has become the highest market share in China and the leading breed in house feeding, which has effectively promoted the upgrading of female parents of house-raised sheep in northern China.

5. First prize of scientific and technological progress award: clinical application and technological innovation of energy spectrum CT
The project team lasted for more than ten years, based on the clinical needs of accurate diagnosis, staging and grading, gene expression, prognosis and curative effect evaluation of tumors. By applying energy spectrum CT technology to a series of studies on animal experiments, benign and malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, COVID-19 and imaging artificial intelligence, the clinical application value of energy spectrum CT is fully revealed, which greatly improves the ability of accurate diagnosis and evaluation of tumors, accurately shows the early characteristics and subtle changes of lesions, and realizes the innovative integration with artificial intelligence technology and the expansion of clinical application scenarios. The research results have been exchanged at the North American Radiology Congress for more than 2 times, and promoted in many comprehensive 3A hospitals in China. Through training, the application of energy spectrum CT scanning technology standardization and diagnostic standardization in primary hospitals has been realized, which greatly promoted clinical treatment and achieved good social benefits.
