In addition, Wuhan also stipulates that the unit will deposit the employee housing provident fund into the designated bank account before 15 every month, and pay it in full in time to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
The procedures for paying the provident fund are as follows:
1, the unit goes to the municipal management center to register the housing provident fund deposit;
2, the unit with the city management center audit deposit registration form, to the local bank for the establishment of employee housing provident fund account procedures;
3. After completing the above procedures, the unit can deposit the approved employee housing provident fund amount into the housing provident fund account opened by the municipal management center in the bank within 5 days from the date of monthly payment of employee wages;
4. Newly-established units shall go to the municipal management center for registration of housing provident fund deposit within 30 days from the date of establishment, and go to the bank where the unit is located for the establishment of housing provident fund accounts for employees within 20 days from the date of registration.
5, merger, division, cancellation, dissolution, bankruptcy and other circumstances of the unit shall, within 30 days from the date of the above situation, to the city provident fund management center for housing provident fund deposit change or cancellation of registration, and within 20 days from the date of registration, to the city management center audit registration form to the bank where the unit is located for the employees of the unit for housing provident fund account transfer or sealed procedures;
6. Units that newly hire employees or terminate labor relations with employees shall, within 30 days from the date of hiring employees or terminating labor relations with employees, go to the bank where the unit housing provident fund account is opened to handle the procedures for the establishment, transfer and sealing of employee housing provident fund accounts;
To sum up, housing provident fund is compulsory. Units that employ employees shall go to the housing provident fund management center for deposit registration within 30 days from the date of employment, and go through the formalities for the establishment or transfer of employee housing provident fund accounts. Where a unit terminates the labor relationship with its employees, it shall, within 30 days from the date of termination of the labor relationship, go to the housing provident fund management center for change registration, and go through the formalities of transferring or sealing the employee housing provident fund account.

In violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, the unit does not handle the registration of housing provident fund deposit or the establishment of housing provident fund account for its employees, and the housing provident fund management center shall order it to be handled within a time limit; Failing to handle it within the time limit, a fine of 6.5438+0 million yuan and 50,000 yuan shall be imposed.

In violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, the unit fails to pay or underpays the housing provident fund, and the housing provident fund management center shall order it to pay within a time limit; If the deposit is not made within the time limit, it may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
