It is reported that in 2019, Jingwai Mingde Primary School was selected into Alipay's 10-year 1 billion "Chasing the Wind Plan". This plan aims to help rural campuses in poverty-stricken areas across the country develop football, establish women's football teams, and support more rural girls.

Selected schools will receive a three-year support of RMB 300,000, including RMB 200,000 in football development funds and RMB 100,000 in training and development support.
