source of funds: research institutions in China are mostly located in party and government organs or supported by state finance, while foreign countries are sponsored by private funds. The operating experience of similar institutions abroad is worth learning. In the United States, the Rockefeller family alone supports the famous think tank Brookings Institution for more than 7 million dollars every year. When the National Economic Center was founded, the finance allocated 5 million yuan for the start-up expenses, and it will be ignored in the future. Therefore, we set up a fund board to raise funds, and have absorbed more than 2 central enterprises. Domestic enterprises now have the enthusiasm and ability to support private think tanks. In the future, private enterprises and multinational companies will be recruited to ensure that the sources of funds are diversified, so that the research results will not be influenced by any sponsors and will not speak for any enterprises, and our members will cross departments and regions. The overall goal is to raise 5 million yuan, all of which are market-oriented and do not need a penny from the state, which is conducive to maintaining the independence of the central research.

Personnel classification management, there are generally three types of personnel in the warehouse:

First, the staff in the library is the core layer. Through online recruitment, the threshold is very high, but the registration is very enthusiastic, which also shows the attraction of the National Economic Center;

Second, those who are in office are not included, including retired provincial ministers, department heads and senior researchers;

Third, people who don't take classes are not editing, mainly social research forces, and the center asks them to complete related topics and pay a certain amount of compensation.

Research and exchange mechanism: In the past three months, the State Economic Center has made a good start in economic research, consultation and exchange, international cooperation and information services, and it has been running smoothly, and we can't see where it is "loose". Everyone is full of enthusiasm. Hold an academic seminar on a current economic hotspot once a week. In addition to delivering the Central Committee's Essentials, we also publish special issues such as Research Report, Information Reflection and Think Tank Speech. More than a dozen research reports have been sent, such as green recovery and expanding export channels, which have attracted the attention of the central government.

The Global Think Tank Summit is the first large-scale external activity since the establishment of the National Economic Center, and the topics are decided by the board of directors through unanimous discussion. The purpose is to gather world-renowned think tanks, make concerted efforts, and deeply explore the development trend of the financial crisis and the way to restore world growth. This is also an opportunity to show the world China's new think tank.
