According to the relevant regulations of China Asset Management Association on the application conditions, candidates must have at least a high school education and be over 18 years old as of the date of registration. Candidates who do not meet the requirements for registration are not allowed to take the exam.

Registration conditions for fund qualification examination:

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) At least 18 years old as of the date of registration;

(3) Having a high school education or above;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Fund qualification examination subjects:

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms: it belongs to the examination subject, mainly examining fund laws and regulations.

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds: it is an elective subject, suitable for employees such as securities, equity and stock creation.

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds: it is an elective subject and suitable for employees of equity investment funds (venture capital funds). Candidates can engage in private equity fund management and other work.
