2. It is the promotion of fund products. It is necessary to accurately, comprehensively and fully reveal the income characteristics and risk attributes of fund products, and it is not allowed to emphasize the income unilaterally and ignore the risk warning. The publicity and promotion materials of fund products shall be made by fund management companies or fund sales organizations, and no other organization may make publicity and promotion materials of fund products without authorization.

It is a comprehensive, true and accurate statement and listing of the composition, preconditions and applicable conditions of the income from saving customers' accounts when the Internet platform provides wealth management account services to customers, and shall not be confused with the income from fund products.
4. Requirements in principle: Fund sales organizations that make fund publicity and promotion materials shall be responsible for their contents, ensure the compliance of their contents, and ensure that the materials distributed and published to the public are consistent with the materials filed. Prohibitive requirements: false records, misleading statements or major omissions, such as "normalization of net worth" and "enjoyment of wealth growth"; Defame others and predict performance, but you can publish past performance; Profit or bear losses in violation of regulations; Exaggerate or unilaterally publicize the Fund, illegally use words that may make investors think there is no risk or unilaterally emphasize the period of centralized marketing, such as "I want to buy as soon as possible"; Publish the recommendation words of units or individuals.
5. The Requirements for Publicity of Money Market Funds shows that investors' purchase of money market funds does not mean that funds are deposited in banks or deposit-taking financial institutions as deposits, and fund managers do not guarantee that funds will be profitable or have the lowest income.
