Chapter I General Provisions

Jinan University is a comprehensive university established by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education and a key construction university in Shandong Province, with the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

Article 1 The Commission for Discipline Inspection of Jinan University (Ombudsman's Office) shall supervise the whole process of enrollment.

Chapter IV Enrollment Specialty and Plan

Article 11 Jinan University shall, according to the annual enrollment plan approved by the Ministry of Education and the relevant national enrollment policies, and on the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, make overall consideration of the number of students, the quality of students, the demand for talents, the employment of graduates, etc. in each province, and combine its own school-running conditions to prepare enrollment plans by province and specialty. The enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial enrollment authorities.

Article 12 After the enrollment plan of Jinan University is approved by the competent department, it will be announced to the candidates and the society through the provincial enrollment departments, the undergraduate enrollment guide and the undergraduate enrollment website.

Chapter V Admission

Article 13 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the school shall be responsible and the supervision mechanism of the admissions department shall be implemented, and the students shall be comprehensively assessed morally, intellectually and physically, and be admitted on the basis of fairness, impartiality and merit.

2. Major (category) arrangement of candidates entering the file:

The comparison order of related subjects shall be subject to the provisions of the provincial admissions department where the student is located. 2. Musicology majors use the professional test results of the Joint Entrance Examination for Music Majors in Shandong Province in 22 (platform of Jinan University), and meet the specific requirements of all majors in our school. Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high to low according to their professional scores; If the professional scores are the same, priority will be given to admission in the order of cultural course scores (including policy points), actual college entrance examination scores and related subject scores. 3. Dancing majors use the professional test results of the joint entrance examination for dancing majors in colleges and universities in Shandong Province in 22 (shandong youth university of political science platform), and use the professional results of the provincial unified entrance examination or the joint entrance examination in other provinces, and admit candidates from high to low according to their professional results; If the professional scores are the same, priority will be given to admission in the order of cultural course scores (including policy points), actual college entrance examination scores and related subject scores. Article 19 The admission of high-level athletes shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and provincial authorities.

Article 2 The enrollment types of Xinjiang classes in mainland China, provincial normal students at public expense, local rural special programs, etc. shall be subject to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education.

Article 21 Special requirements for major (category) admission

1. Cooking and nutrition education requires candidates to be free from infectious diseases and other diseases restricted by the food industry.

2. In Shandong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin and Hainan, candidates should meet the requirements of the published enrollment majors.

3. In Jiangsu enrollment major (category), the test scores of candidates' academic level should meet the enrollment requirements of our school in this province.

Article 22 In accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities, new students shall be re-examined for admission qualifications after entering the school. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with according to the specific circumstances until the admission qualification is cancelled.

Chapter VI Fees, Refund Standards and Funding Policies

Article 24 Except for Sino-foreign cooperative education projects and school-enterprise cooperative education projects, credit system fees shall be implemented, and the fees shall be subject to the relevant documents of Shandong Development and Reform Commission.
