In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in 22 and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the specific conditions of school enrollment.

Jinan University is a comprehensive university established by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education and a key construction university in Shandong Province, with the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

The school was founded in 1948. Chapter III Organization

Article 8 The Admissions Committee of Jinan University is responsible for formulating enrollment policies and plans, and discussing and deciding major issues concerning enrollment.

Article 9 The Admissions Office of Jinan University is a permanent institution specifically responsible for organizing and implementing the enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in Jinan University and related work.

Article 1 The Commission for Discipline Inspection of Jinan University (Ombudsman's Office) shall supervise the whole process of enrollment.

Chapter IV Enrollment Specialty and Plan

Article 11 Jinan University shall, according to the annual enrollment plan approved by the Ministry of Education and the relevant national enrollment policies, and on the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, make overall consideration of the number of students, the quality of students, the demand for talents, the employment of graduates, etc. in each province, and combine its own school-running conditions to prepare enrollment plans by province and specialty. The enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial enrollment authorities.

Article 12 After the enrollment plan of Jinan University is approved by the competent department, it will be announced to the candidates and the society through the provincial enrollment departments, the undergraduate enrollment guide and the undergraduate enrollment website.

Chapter V Admission

Article 13 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the school shall be responsible and the supervision mechanism of the admissions department shall be implemented, and the students shall be comprehensively assessed morally, intellectually and physically, and be admitted on the basis of fairness, impartiality and merit.

when we enroll, we will implement the relevant admission policies formulated by the provincial admissions authorities. Candidates who enjoy the extra care policy will be recognized for their filing results as stipulated by the provincial admissions department.

1. The filing principle of each admission batch shall be subject to the filing principle of each admission batch of the provincial admissions department.

2. Major (category) arrangement of candidates entering the file:

(1) For provinces that apply for files according to their major (category), their major (category) is arranged voluntarily according to their application.

(2) For the provinces (except Inner Mongolia) that file according to the professional (class) group or school, their professional (class) arrangement is based on the principle of "score first, follow the volunteer", that is, priority is given to the professional (class) volunteers of candidates with higher file-filing results, and there is no grade difference among the professional (class) volunteers. When the school enrolls and arranges majors (classes), the candidates' majors (classes) will be arranged in the order of the actual scores of the college entrance examination and the scores of related subjects under the same conditions. The comparison order of related subjects shall be subject to the provisions of the provincial admissions department where the student is located. If the provincial admissions department where the student is located does not stipulate the principle of ranking, the literature and history category will be ranked according to the scores of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics in turn; Science and engineering classes are ranked according to the scores of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese in turn. Those with high grades rank first. Under the same conditions, the candidates will be selected on the basis of comprehensive consideration with reference to the scores of related subjects and physical education tests in the ordinary high school level examination.

(3) In Inner Mongolia, the principle of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within 1:1 enrollment plan" is implemented. For candidates with the same scores of professional volunteering and filing, the candidates' majors (categories) will be arranged according to the order of the candidates' actual scores of the college entrance examination and the scores of related subjects. The comparison order of related subjects shall be subject to the provisions of the provincial admissions department where the student is located. If the provincial admissions department where the student is located does not stipulate the principle of ranking, the literature and history category will be ranked according to the scores of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics in turn; Science and engineering classes are ranked according to the scores of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese in turn. Those with high grades rank first. In the provinces where parallel volunteer is implemented, the candidates who enter the file determine the admission major according to the score of the file; When the scores are the same, the admission major will be given priority according to the professional scores of the unified examination for fine arts. Candidates from other provinces are admitted according to the order of professional scores from high to low. If the scores of professional courses are the same, priority will be given to admission according to the scores of cultural courses (including policy points), actual scores of college entrance examination and scores of related subjects. The comparison order of related subjects is the same as that of general literature and history and science and engineering.

2. Musicology majors use the professional test results of the Joint Entrance Examination for Music Majors in Shandong Province in 22 (platform of Jinan University), and meet the specific requirements of all majors in our school. Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high to low according to their professional scores; If the professional scores are the same, priority will be given to admission in the order of cultural course scores (including policy points), actual college entrance examination scores and related subject scores. The comparison order of related subjects is the same as that of general literature and history and science and engineering.

3. Dancing majors use the professional test results of the joint entrance examination for dancing majors in colleges and universities in Shandong Province in 22 (shandong youth university of political science platform), and use the professional results of the provincial unified entrance examination or the joint entrance examination in other provinces, and admit candidates from high to low according to their professional results; If the professional scores are the same, priority will be given to admission in the order of cultural course scores (including policy points), actual college entrance examination scores and related subject scores. The comparison order of related subjects is the same as that of general literature and history and science and engineering.

Article 19 The admission of high-level athletes shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and provincial authorities.

Article 2 The enrollment types of Xinjiang classes in mainland China, provincial normal students at public expense, local rural special programs, etc. shall be subject to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education.

Article 21 Special requirements for major (category) admission

1. Cooking and nutrition education requires candidates to be free from infectious diseases and other diseases restricted by the food industry.

2. In Shandong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin and Hainan, candidates should meet the requirements of the published enrollment majors.

3. In Jiangsu enrollment major (category), the test scores of candidates' academic level should meet the enrollment requirements of our school in this province.

Article 22 In accordance with the relevant regulations of the higher authorities, new students shall be re-examined for admission qualifications after entering the school. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with according to the specific circumstances until the admission qualification is cancelled.

Chapter VI Fees, Refund Standards and Funding Policies

Article 24 Except for Sino-foreign cooperative education projects and school-enterprise cooperative education projects, credit system fees shall be implemented, and the fees shall be subject to the relevant documents of Shandong Development and Reform Commission. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools charge for the academic year.
