2. Several problems that should be paid attention to in application.

Other members of the project team who fail to complete the project within the time limit are not restricted.

③ Limited application.

With senior professional and technical positions, the total number of applications (including participation applications) and general projects being undertaken (including participation commitments) and projects funded by the Committee and department directors with an implementation period of more than 1 year shall not exceed 2. The application (including participation application) is limited to 1 number of major or key projects (including participation commitment). Outstanding State Key Laboratory Project, Mathematics Tianyuan Fund Project and National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars are not within the limited scope. The applicant must fill in the Application for National Natural Science Foundation seriously and realistically in accordance with the prescribed format and requirements; In order to participate in the application and cooperative research solemnly, the main members of the project team should sign the application form in person, and no one else can sign it on their behalf; The partner's unit must be stamped with the official seal.

The scientific research management department of this unit is responsible for strictly reviewing the application items of this unit, ensuring the authenticity of the contents stated in the application, and checking the consistency between the contents filled in and the contents entered into the computer; The academic committee shall comprehensively review and sign opinions on the scientific significance, research characteristics and innovations, feasibility of research methods and technical routes of research projects; Units (including cooperative units) shall guarantee the supporting conditions and supervise the implementation of the project or the implementation after approval.

According to the submitted disciplines reported by the applicants, the Ministry of Science will distribute the applications to all disciplines.

Four. About filling out the application form

The application of science fund is an important basis for evaluating the applicant's application for the project and deciding whether to grant funding. Applicants must fill in the form carefully. Pay attention to the following questions when reporting.

The code should be filled in according to the subject classification catalogue and code published by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

(3) projects with similar research contents within the same project team are only allowed to be submitted to one department and one discipline.

⑦ Applicants without ID cards should fill in the ID card column.

For those applicants who have no ID cards, such as the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the military system, the ID number column in the application form shall be filled in according to the following provisions (fill in the ID number column 15 digits):
