March 13, 2009 is the 20th anniversary of the establishment of China Fu Xiao * * * Scholarship Fund. In the past 20 years, the Foundation has raised and invested 2.397 billion yuan in poverty alleviation funds and materials, and implemented more than 200 poverty alleviation projects, benefiting 710.8 million poor people. In 2007, it was awarded the 5A Foundation by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
