The Youth Science Fund is specially established in general projects to promote the growth of young scientific and technological workers and outstanding young talents. Applicants must:

1, the applicant was under 35 years old on June 1 of that year.

2. The applicant has obtained a doctorate. Those who have not obtained a doctorate, but have intermediate or above professional and technical positions, can also apply, and need the recommendation of two peer experts with senior professional and technical positions.

3. It didn't get the support from this fund. That is, the grantee can only get the support of the Youth Science Fund once.

Applicants are requested to submit a formal paper application (including attachment materials, relevant certification letter and recommendation letter) in duplicate before March 15.
