2. According to Article 6 of the "Measures for the Management of Special Residential Maintenance Funds",

The owners of the following properties shall deposit special residential maintenance funds in accordance with the provisions of these Measures:

(1) Residences, except those owned by one owner and which do not have public parts, public facilities and equipment with other properties.
