According to the fund contract and prospectus of China-Europe Select Flexible Configuration Hybrid Initiated Securities Investment Fund, the first closed period of the fund is from the effective date of the fund contract to the first day of the first open period (excluding the day), and the subsequent closed period is between two adjacent open periods. During the closed period, the Fund will not handle the subscription and redemption business, nor will it go public.

The fund is open once a month, and each opening period does not exceed 5 working days. The first day of each opening period is the first working day of each month.

July 20 15 (inclusive) to July 3, 20 15 (inclusive) is the third subscription, redemption and conversion opening period of the fund, that is, July 6, 20 15 to July 3, 20 15. The subscription, redemption and conversion of the Fund will no longer be handled from the next working day of the opening period, that is, 20 15 (inclusive).
