(1) Units come to our center to receive the Roster of Employees Participating in the Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees in Xi 'an, and purchase special medical records (14 yuan) and brochures;

② issue a copy of the company's business license, a roster of insured persons, details of payment, a copy of the ID card of the insured persons, and two one-inch photos of each person;

③ The staff of our center will go through the account opening formalities at the medical insurance office with the above materials;

④ The unit shall pay the medical insurance for the next month before 2th of each month.

The medical expenses incurred by the insured in the designated hospitals, which exceed the minimum payment standard of the overall fund, are audited by the medical insurance office of the hospital, and after going through the account-keeping procedures, the individual pays the part that he needs to bear in proportion, and the rest is directly settled by the hospital and the medical insurance agency, and solved through reimbursement according to the specified special circumstances.
