It is reported that the settlement of points is centralized and unified, and the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau announces the settlement time, acceptance place and related matters to the public every year through the official website of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and the news media. According to the published processing time, the integral applicant can log in to the integral information management system within the specified time and fill in his relevant information. After the initial evaluation of the system, the total score reaches 100 (including 100), and the application materials can be formally submitted to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the legal fixed residence. The Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, in conjunction with the relevant departments directly under the municipal government, ranks the applicants according to the grade of points and publicizes them, and publicizes the list of persons to be settled according to the total number of points settled by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission in the year. If there is no objection after publicity, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau will issue a settlement card, and the applicant and his spouse, minor children or adult unmarried children will go through the settlement procedures at the public security bureau where they intend to settle down.

Those who provide false materials will not accept the application for settlement within 5 years.

At present, Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, together with relevant departments directly under the municipal government, is concentrating on developing an information system for settlement of points (including a series of work such as software development, project establishment and bidding) to realize online office work and ensure fairness and justice. In September, centralized acceptance of materials began, and points were settled.

In addition, the implementation rules stipulate that the applicant shall make a written commitment to the authenticity of the application materials provided by him. Anyone who intentionally conceals, deceives or provides false materials, once verified, will not accept his application to settle in Qingdao within 5 years. Those who violate the law shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law. Those who resort to deceit and dereliction of duty and cause serious consequences will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations.

Specific integration method

The four categories of Qingdao's points settlement index system are 1 1 indicators. 1 1 indicators are certified by the 10 department of this municipality, namely:
