(7) To declare the national social science fund project based on the doctoral dissertation or postdoctoral outbound report, the connection and difference between the application project and the dissertation (outbound report) should be indicated in the application form, and the original dissertation (outbound report) should be submitted when applying for appraisal. (8) No national social science fund project with published research results with basically the same content may be applied.
