Bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. The maintenance funds of residential buildings and their ancillary facilities are owned by the owners. With the consent of the owner, it can be used for local maintenance, renewal and transformation of elevators, roofs, external walls and barrier-free facilities. The collection and use of maintenance funds for buildings and their ancillary facilities shall be announced regularly.
