Fund redemption time skills
First, avoid legal holidays.
The fund redemption process includes several steps, such as submitting redemption application, redemption confirmation, and redemption funds arrival. There are two reasons for fund redemption to avoid legal holidays:
1, redemption confirmation time
Generally, the redemption application is submitted on T day, and the fund company will confirm the redemption share on T+ 1 day. T day refers to the trading day, excluding legal holidays.
If the redemption application is submitted on a trading day after a legal holiday, the share cannot be confirmed until the trading day after the holiday, and the fund redemption cycle is lengthened.
For example, if the redemption application is submitted before1Friday, October 22nd15: 00, then the redemption confirmation date is165438+1Monday, October 25th; 165438+1October 2 1 day (Thursday) 15:00, the redemption confirmation date is165438+1October 22 (Friday).
2. Redemption of time in transit
After the fund redemption share is determined, the redemption funds can't arrive immediately, and the fund redemption has a certain time in transit, which is generally T+2 or T+3 for different fund types. The transportation time is only calculated on the trading day, excluding holidays.
For example, if you invest and submit a redemption application before the National Day, the redemption funds will not arrive until the second working day after the holiday at the earliest.
Second, redemption opportunities.
There is no general rule for the timing of fund redemption, and the simplest way is to take profits and redeem. When the expected return of fund investment reaches the preset profit-taking target, such as 10%, then you can choose to redeem in batches.
If the fund fails to achieve the profit-taking goal, but finds a more suitable fund product, it can also be redeemed and replaced.
The above contents about the time skills of fund redemption, I hope to help you. Warm reminder, financial management is risky and investment needs to be cautious.
