According to "Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Personal Housing Loan Management Measures", the calculation of housing provident fund loan amount is based on a certain multiple of the borrower's housing provident fund storage balance. But not everyone can become a borrower of housing provident fund. (2) Must have the same loan conditions as the borrower. One-time repayment of provident fund loans to withdraw housing provident fund:

(1) An application form for withdrawal of housing provident fund issued by the unit finance or labor.

(2) One original and one copy of the ID card. If the spouse's provident fund is withdrawn, the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate and household registration book shall be provided at the same time 1 copy.

(3) For the loan contract, go to the loan department of the loan bank to print the repayment statement of individual housing loan in the previous year (from the month of extraction to the month of the previous year), and ask the bank to stamp it.

(4) If repayment is made by passbook, the repayment passbook and a copy of the passbook shall be provided; If you use a bank card for repayment, you must provide a detailed copy of the bank card printed at the bank counter in the last year.

(5) Go to the loan department of the loan bank and sign the Loan Agreement for Withdrawing Housing Provident Fund and Returning Housing Provident Fund.

Note: Employees should sign the Withdrawal Application Form on the spot and press their handprints (the provident fund will be remitted to the personal repayment account).

Regulations on the administration of housing provident fund

Article 24

In any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

(2) retirement;

(three) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(4) Having left the country to settle down;

(5) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

(six) the rent exceeds the prescribed proportion of family wage income.

In accordance with the provisions of items (2), (3) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, the employee housing provident fund account shall be cancelled at the same time.

If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account; If there is no heir or legatee, the storage balance in the employee housing provident fund account shall be included in the value-added income of the housing provident fund.

Article 25

If the employee withdraws the balance stored in the housing provident fund account, it shall be verified by the unit where he works and a certificate of withdrawal shall be issued.

Workers apply to the housing provident fund management center for withdrawal of housing provident fund with the withdrawal certificate. The housing provident fund management center shall, within 3 days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the withdrawal, and notify the applicant; If the withdrawal is approved, the entrusted bank shall go through the payment procedures.
