1. Apply.
Applicants shall apply to the service hall of Dongguan Social Security Fund Management Center or the service hall of each town and street fund management center and submit application materials.
2. Acceptance.
The acceptance personnel will verify the application materials and make an acceptance decision on the spot; if the applicant does not meet the application qualifications or the materials are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, the acceptance personnel will not accept the application and issue a "Notification of Complete Information" on the spot.
3. Review.
If the conditions are met, the acceptance personnel will print out the "Basic Pension Insurance Participation Certificate" and "Basic Medical Insurance Participation Certificate" after entering the information.
If the conditions are not met, the materials will be returned to the applicant.
4. Receive the results.
Obtain one copy each of the "Basic Pension Insurance Participation Certificate" and the "Basic Medical Insurance Participation Certificate".
