The National Publishing Fund is mainly used to fund outstanding public welfare publications that cannot be fully funded by market resources, and is limited to direct costs and expenses such as editing, remuneration, copyright fees, proofreading, printing, copying, and purchasing raw and auxiliary materials and materials. The main funding scope of the National Publishing Fund includes excellent Braille, minority languages, "three rural" books, juvenile books and other public welfare publishing projects.
