1. Transfer the applied projects of the Natural Science Foundation with more than 50% similarity to the previous books to the Ministry of Science as a reference for project review. The JISC has investigated the applications with high similarity among departments, and will handle them accordingly after the investigation, informed criticism.

2. Investigate 66 pairs of application projects whose similarity between Natural Science Foundation and previous years' books exceeds 80%. If the circumstances are serious, submit them to the whole committee of the Supervisory Committee for deliberation, and deal with relevant parties.
