Refers to the treatment of work-related injuries caused by non-work-related diseases, do not enjoy the medical treatment of work-related injuries, according to the basic medical insurance approach. Medical treatment only involves the medical expenses incurred by workers in the process of treatment, aiming at the medical expenses incurred by workers themselves who need treatment (non-work-related injuries and non-occupational diseases). Work-related injuries include not only medical expenses for treatment, but also food subsidies, rehabilitation training fees, artificial limbs, artificial eyes and dentures, and disability care fees during hospitalization. These expenses are paid by the industrial injury insurance co-ordination fund (commonly known as government payment), while the wages during the industrial injury treatment period are paid by the employer.
