What are the classifications of China Bond Index?
The China Bond Index is a series of bond indexes aimed at objectively reflecting the trend characteristics of the RMB bond market from multiple angles. Through continuous improvement, China Bond Index has gradually formed an index system with rich indicators and wide coverage. According to different compilation methods, the system is divided into eight series: China Bond Total Index, China Bond Component Index, China Bond Strategy Index, China Bond Investor Classification Index, China Bond Foreign Currency Pricing Index, China Bond Green Series Bond Index, China Bond Position Index and China Bond Customization Index.

The Central Clearing Company provides three groups of total wealth, full price and net price and six sub-indexes segmented by repayment period for most of the China Bond Index, and attaches corresponding evaluation indicators with maturity and other indicators respectively. Among them, the wealth index is the index value calculated by the full price of the bond, and the reinvestment factor of the interest on the interest payment date is considered. The reinvestment is included in the index when the sample bond pays interest. The full price index is the index value calculated by the full price of the bond, and the interest after the bond pays interest is no longer included in the index. The net price index does not consider bond interest. The sub-index of waiting period segmentation is to subdivide the constituent bonds in the index into six sections according to the different waiting periods: 1 year or less, 1-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-7 years, 7- 10 years or more, and each section forms a sub-index independently.
