For projects that undertake the function relief of Beijing's non-capital, employees who move into this city with household registration will purchase houses according to this city's household registration policy; For employees whose household registration has not yet moved to this city, and whose families have no housing in Tianjin, they can buy 1 apartment in this city, and no longer provide Tianjin social insurance or personal income tax certificate. The purchased house can only be listed and transferred after obtaining the property right certificate for 3 years.
