Article 3 These Regulations shall apply to the reward and protection of citizens' courageous acts within the administrative area of this Municipality.

Article 4 This Municipality shall reward citizens for being courageous and protect their legitimate rights and interests. The whole society should care for and support the courageous people. Article 5 The news propaganda department shall publicize the deeds of doing good deeds in a timely manner and report the activities of rewarding and protecting those who do good deeds. Article 6 The municipal and district people's governments shall be responsible for the work of rewarding and protecting courageous people, and the daily work shall be handled by the civil affairs department, with close cooperation from other relevant departments. Article 7 The city and district shall set up a courageous fund or a courageous fund according to law (the fund of the foundation and the courageous fund are hereinafter referred to as the courageous fund).

Twenty-second in order to perform legal duties or obligations, the acts specified in Article 2 of these Regulations shall be rewarded and protected in accordance with other relevant regulations. Article 23 The term "family members" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the spouses, children and parents of the courageous people, as well as siblings under the age of 18 who depend on the courageous people to live, and other relatives who have relied on them to raise and grow up since childhood and now have to rely on the courageous people to live.
