After planning review and completion acceptance, owners who meet the conditions for extracting housing provident fund can apply for extracting their own and their spouses' housing provident fund for installing elevators, and the total amount of extraction shall not exceed the amount of elevator installation that the household should pay after deducting government subsidies. Owners can apply for the use of residential special maintenance funds for installing elevators according to relevant regulations.
