1, and the one-time disability allowance paid by the industrial injury insurance fund is 13 months of my salary;

2. When the labor relationship is dissolved or terminated, based on the average monthly salary of employees in Tianjin last year, the industrial injury insurance fund will pay a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries for 8 months, and the employer will pay a one-time employment subsidy of 12 months.
