It will be more difficult for graduates from large universities to find employment.

With the rapid growth in the number of graduates in our country at this stage, the number of jobs available to the society is growing slowly, resulting in a very serious employment conflict.

At the same time, the conflict between the marketization of graduate employment and the lagging employment outlook of graduates is very prominent. The trend of graduates finding employment in economically underdeveloped areas and at the grassroots level has not yet been formed, and the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand still exists, all of which affect colleges and universities.

Employment of graduates.
