Fund manager registration

Article 5

Private fund managers shall go through the registration procedures for fund managers with the fund industry association and apply to become members of the fund industry association.

Article 6

When applying for registration, a private equity fund manager shall truthfully fill in the basic information of the fund manager, senior managers and other employees, shareholders or partners and managed funds through the private equity fund registration and filing system.
