(10) Exercising the functions and powers of supervision and inspection of human resources market and social security according to law, organizing and implementing labor security supervision, coordinating relevant units to carry out workers' rights protection work, investigating and handling major cases, and guiding and supervising the labor security supervision work in the whole province.
(eleven) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate comprehensive policies and plans for the work of migrant workers; Responsible for promoting the implementation of relevant policies for migrant workers, coordinating and solving key and difficult problems, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
