The unit net value is the real net asset value of each amount of the fund, and it is the price of the fund when it purchases the OTC fund. It is the only net value used in the calculation of net value involved in fund trading, subscription, redemption, conversion and dividends.

Cumulative net value = unit net value+past dividends. This net value is the total income of a fund from its birth to the present. This indicator is of little use and comparability, because each fund is established at a different time, and the total income is naturally different. Because dividends will lead to the decline of unit net value, there is a cumulative net value to represent the overall level of a fund.
