Failing to submit the closing materials on time: According to the Notice of 202 1 Closing of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the project leader should submit the closing application within 10 days after the project funding expires, and submit the closing report and related closing materials within the specified time after being audited by the supporting unit. Failure to submit the transaction materials on time will be regarded as exceeding expectations.
2. The closing materials do not meet the requirements: According to the Notice on Delaying the Closing of the 2022 Undergraduate Innovation Fund Project of Southwest University of Science and Technology, the closing materials include the closing report filled out by the project leader, the scientific research achievements completed according to the contract task book, and the proof materials of the achievements. The closing materials do not meet the requirements and cannot be closed.
