(3) The funding period, dispatch time and funding content of those who enjoy the agreement exchange scholarship shall be determined according to the specific provisions of the scholarship.
Three. The applicant category requires senior visiting scholars: they should be academic leaders, technical backbones or senior managers of universities, research institutes and large and medium-sized backbone enterprises, or those who are currently participating in national, departmental and local key projects and really need to go abroad for high-level research. They should have well-targeted research projects and topics, have clear high-level foreign partners, have senior professional and technical positions (titles), and have made outstanding achievements in domestic teaching, scientific research, management and production construction.
