The training mode "Young Talents Program" is a high-goal, high-standard and high-intensity young scientific and technological talents introduction program initiated by China Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 20 13. Postgraduate education: Based on 42 research institutes of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences distributed in 18 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), we adhere to the school-running philosophy of "scientific research-based, quality-oriented, rejuvenating agriculture through science and education" and carry out postgraduate education of "combining institutes and training in two stages".
Graduate schools organize enrollment, teaching and degree awarding in a unified way, and implement all-round management during the course study; After the course, follow the tutor to enter the graduate school to carry out research until the graduation thesis is completed. During this period, graduate students are mainly managed by professional research institutes and assisted by graduate schools.
