The procedures for paying the maintenance fund mainly include:
1, the payer truthfully fills in the maintenance fund account card, and the community office staff verifies the account card and related materials to verify the maintenance fund amount;
2. The payer checks the printed household card and signs it for confirmation;
3. The payer shall pay the maintenance fund in full to the community office and obtain the second and fourth copies of the Special Receipt for Beijing Residential Maintenance Fund issued by the community office.
4. The payer holds the fourth copy of the receipt (transaction department or ownership department) to handle the transfer formalities of the deed certificate in the transaction department or the ownership registration formalities in the ownership department.
