A few days ago, Howard Hughes Medical Research Association (HHMI) announced that 43 life scientists had been gloriously elected. Among them, Liqun Luo and Zhuang Xiaowei, alumni of the University of Science and Technology of China, are on the list. Each of them will receive $7 million from HHMI to fund their research projects in the next seven years.
