If the registered permanent residents in different places want to apply for social security locally, they need to apply for "social security transfer" procedures, and the specific procedures are as follows:

1. After the insured establishes the basic old-age insurance relationship and pays the fees according to regulations in the new employment place, the employer or the insured submits a written application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship to the social security agency in the new insurance place;

2. 5. The payment period of endowment insurance is calculated cumulatively, and there is a gap in the middle, which can be supplemented or not.
