Taishun Liwen Academy Education Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as Liwen Foundation) was established in May 20 15, and is a non-profit social organization registered with the Civil Affairs Bureau of Taishun County, Zhejiang Province. With the mission of "promoting the reading of classics by the whole people and helping the cultural revival", the Foundation advocates starting from the essence of education and starting from the reading of classics, aiming at inheriting Chinese culture and promoting the development of cultural education.

An independent educational institution emerged from the Tang and Song Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which was a place set up by private individuals or government officials to gather disciples to give lectures and learn knowledge.
