Expenses not included in the special housing maintenance fund

1. The construction unit shall be solely responsible for the extra repair expenses and equipment replacement expenses caused by the fault of the construction unit; 2, the property and related enterprises to reach a cooperation, so that enterprises can provide security services and daily maintenance of the basic facilities of housing, when the guaranteed facilities fail, the repair costs should be borne by the relevant enterprises;

3. If the loss of the house is caused by man-made, the parties concerned shall be solely responsible for the related repair costs; 4. According to the relevant contract, the expenses that should be paid by the property need not be paid by the special housing maintenance fund.
