What's the difference between funds A and B?
At present, there are two types of funds, A and B, mainly monetary funds and graded funds.
1in the money fund: A and B represent different subscription thresholds. A is mainly for retail investors and B is mainly for institutions or large investors. The subscription threshold of B is usually 5 million yuan or 6.5438+million yuan.
2 in the graded fund: a stands for stable share and collects fixed interest; B stands for radical share, with floating returns and leverage. A is the provider of funds and provides funds to B, so B has leverage. In this case, in order to ensure the safety of A's funds, if there is a loss, B's funds will lose money first. If the market is unfavorable and threatens the safety of A, the graded fund will be discounted.
To open a graded fund, you need to go to a securities company to open it in person, and the average daily assets of the securities account should be more than 300,000 yuan in the 20 trading days before the opening.
