1, the same fund is divided into three categories: A, B and C. The core difference is the subscription fee. If it is the three types of funds of the Agricultural Bank of China, Class A generally represents the front-end expenses, Class B represents the back-end expenses, and Class C has no subscription fees, but collects the fund sales service fees;
2. Class A front-end charging mode, subscription or subscription requires a handling fee, which is generally around 0.8- 1.0%. If there is no judgment on the investment period, generally consider Class A front-end charges;
3. Class B back-end charging mode. There is no handling fee for subscription or temporary subscription. When redeeming, decide whether to pay the subscription or subscription fee according to the holding time. If it is determined that it can be held for more than 3 years, you can choose Class B;
4. Class C doesn't charge subscription fee ... in order to charge the fund sales service mode, the rate is charged from the daily net value and settled on a monthly basis. If the fund sales service rate is 0.4% annualized, the annualized income of Class A fund shares is 5%, and the annualized income of Class C shares is 4.6%, then the sales service rate model is only applicable to short-term holdings within 2 years. If you hold 10 years, you will lose 4% of the income, which is obviously not as good as paying 0.8% subscription fee or class B.
